David Smith (32) from Phoenix, Arizona weighs 240 pounds after losing over 400 pounds. The TLC documentary called The 650 lb virgin follows David during his 26 month 400+ pound weight loss journey. He said that he had no friends or job and only stepped outside of his house at night because he didn't want people to stare at him.

This is such an inspirational story and it was very kind of the trainer to take on this challenge.
